Orders

Browse our shop, select your products, and click "Add to Cart." When you're ready, proceed to checkout. We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
You can modify or cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it by contacting us immediately. After that window, orders may have already been processed for fulfillment.
Yes — you'll receive a confirmation email immediately after placing your order, and a second email with tracking information once your order ships, typically within 1–2 business days.
Yes! During checkout you can add a gift message and select eco-friendly gift wrapping (+$4.95). All gift orders ship without price receipts inside the package.

Shipping

Standard shipping is $6.95 for orders under $75. Orders over $75 ship free within the contiguous US. Expedited and overnight options are available at checkout.
Standard shipping: 5–7 business days. Expedited (2-day): 2 business days. Overnight: next business day if ordered before 12 pm ET. Processing time is 1–2 business days before your order ships.
Currently we ship within the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.
Yes — 100% of our shipments are carbon-offset through verified reforestation and renewable energy projects. This cost is absorbed by us, not passed to you. Learn more on our Sustainability page.

Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused, unopened items in original packaging. Food and supplement products cannot be returned once opened for safety reasons. See our full Shipping & Returns policy.
Email us at returns@healthy-e.store with your order number and reason for return. We'll send a prepaid return label within 1 business day.
Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days of receiving your return. Your bank may take an additional 2–5 business days to post the credit to your account.

Yes — all food and supplement products are USDA Certified Organic. Our yoga apparel uses GOTS-certified organic cotton and recycled materials. Certifications are listed on every product page.
Our matcha comes from family farms in Uji, Japan. Superfoods are sourced from regenerative farms in Peru, Costa Rica, and Ethiopia. All farm partners are Fair Trade certified and visited annually by our sourcing team.
Yes! Subscribe & Save is available on select products for 15% off every reorder. You control the delivery frequency (every 2, 4, 6, or 8 weeks) and can pause or cancel any time with no fees.

No — guest checkout is fully supported. Creating an account lets you track orders, save addresses, manage subscriptions, and earn loyalty points on every purchase.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. All transactions are encrypted and secured by Stripe.
Absolutely. We never store your full card number — all payment processing is handled by Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment processor. Your data is encrypted end-to-end.
