Healthy-E is an online wellness and organic products store operated by NC-Developer, LLC, a limited liability company organized and existing under the laws of the State of Maryland, owned and managed by Neeka Chisholm.

Maryland Personal Information Protection Act — Security Requirements

Pursuant to Md. Code Ann., Com. Law § 14-3503, NC-Developer, LLC implements and maintains reasonable security procedures and practices appropriate to the nature of the personal information it handles, to protect that information from unauthorized access, destruction, use, modification, or disclosure.

We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy, or as required by applicable Maryland or federal law. Order records are retained for a minimum of 7 years for tax and accounting purposes under Maryland law. You may request deletion of your data subject to these legal retention obligations.

8. Children's Privacy

The Healthy-E Store is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without verifiable parental consent, in compliance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), 15 U.S.C. §§ 6501–6506.
