We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that are unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

How to Start a Return

Email returns@healthy-e.store with your order number and the reason for return.

We'll send you a prepaid USPS or UPS return label within 1 business day.

Pack your items securely and drop the parcel off at any USPS or UPS location.

Once we receive and inspect the return (typically 2–3 business days), your refund is issued within 3–5 business days to your original payment method.

Exchanges: We don't process traditional exchanges. To get a different size or item, return the original and place a new order — this is the fastest path to getting what you want.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item, we sincerely apologize. Please email us at hello@healthy-e.store within 7 days of delivery with:
